Shirley Behm was patient (she had to wait several months after our initial correspondence before I took any action), but was quick with knowledgeable responses whenever I had questions. She anticipated the questions I might have, and if she didn't know the answer immediately, she would respond within a few hours, sometimes just a few minutes. Keeping in mind that I was 800 miles away most of the time, she functioned well as my on-the-ground representative, while keeping me abreast of nuances and developments as they occurred. She handled every aspect of the sale from discussing potential marketing approaches and pricing to documentation needed and negotiations with buyers -- and the details of closing -- quickly, creatively and effectively, paying attention to detail and modifying efforts as needed to meet changing conditions. In all our interactions, Shirley was both personable and professional ... and I can't really imagine a better or more helpful real estate agent. Better than excellent ... she was outstanding! I would definitely recommend Shirley, and Cressy & Everett, to anyone seeking help in selling or buying real estate.
